NMR Structure Calculation of Protein G

This tutorial will guide the reader through all of the processes involved in calculating the 3-dimensional structure of protein G b1-domain using NMR data. The reader is invited to download all of the available data needed at each step of the process. One has the choice of downloading the raw data and processing scripts or a compressed set of the data already in Sparky format.

The NMR data were collected on the INOVA 500 in the ASU NMR Facility using a 1 mM sample of uniformly 15N-13C labeled sample of protein G at 25 oC in 5% D2O/H2O. Click here for the protocols for protein expression and sample prep. The pulse sequences used to collect the data are provided by Varian’s BioPack distribution.
